Any fashion editor will tell you the same thing about leopard print: There are both good and bad versions. It's hard to define in words—it's more of a gut feeling upon inspection—but a good leopard print is usually as authentic-looking as possible (not cartoony, too orange or rendered in synthetic or shiny fabrics) and can be affordable but look expensive. All in all, that means you don't have to spend a fortune to look like a million dollars in leopard.

That theory was proven yet again this week by Laura Jackson when she chose to wear this perfect ocelot-print coat. Worn with the velvet M&S dress every fashion girl is buying right now, the TV presenter's vintage coat is the perfect find. Don't worry, as there are plenty of equally chic versions out on the high street right now. This is one coat trend you can afford to be frugal on.
